Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements and prices are correct. Measurements given are approximate. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy of colour reproduction within web limitations, product colours may vary slightly from those shown on the screen.
 
PRICES and DELIVERY COSTS     

Prices for each product are clearly stated beside each product. Prices exclude packaging and postage costs unless stated otherwise.
 
STOCK AVAILABILITY     

When any print does become depleted or unavailable for whatever reason they will immediately be removed from the website. Should an order be placed before a particular print is removed, you will be informed and offered the chance to select an alternative print or request a full refund. No ordered print will be substituted unless requested by you.
 
BASIS of SALE     

When you click “Pay” at the Paypal checkout, you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated including the packaging and delivery charges that apply to your purchase.
 
METHODS of PAYMENT     

Payment for goods can be accepted with your credit/debit card via Paypal using the “Buy Now” buttons on each product page. Alternatively a cheque may be posted to the artist.
 
DELIVERY of ORDER     

Your order will be despatched as soon as possible, usually within 7 Days. However, please leave up to 14 days for delivery. Overseas orders please allow upto 28 days.
On receipt of order you will be notified of delivery schedule
 
PRIVACY POLICY     

Information collected about you on this website is used for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information collected about you includes: your name, address, telephone number and email address.
Your credit/debit card details are securely handled only by Paypal. Please refer to Paypal website for details.
 
CANCELLATION of ORDERS / RETURNS POLICY     

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from this website, or the goods are found to be faulty or damaged.

To cancel an order, please contact me in writing (letter or email). Orders may be cancelled any time from placing the order until seven working days from the day of receipt of the goods. Customers must take reasonable care of items returned ensuring that they are securely packaged for transit and clearly labelled. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post. It is also recommended that you obtain a certificate of posting. Returns are sent at the customers own expense. If goods are found to be faulty, any return costs will be refunded to you. Always use the least expensive method of returning the faulty item. Once I have received and verified the returned item I will initiate a refund, replacement or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
MISSING ITEMS     

If items are missing from your order, please notify me as soon as possible so that these items can be forwarded to you without delay.

HOW TO ORDER AND PAY FOR YOUR PRINTS     

Simply click on the buttons provided with each individual print and pay me securely with any major credit/debit card through .

Making a Payment

1. Click on the  Buy Now button .
2. proceed to the basket and then checkout.
3. If it is your first time please sign up for an account and proceed, if you are a returning customer please enter your username and password.
4. At the final stage of checkout review your order and click 'confirm Order'
5. you will then be taken to paypal to finalise your payment.
6. You will receive an order confirmation in your email inbox confirming your purchase.

You will receive an automated email from Paypal confirming and detailing your payment.

Alternatively send a cheque made payable to Kirsty Lorenz and follow instructions at the checkout.
